Manufacturing analysis / Start of production

This type of operation is aimed to control the tracability of raw materials and components which will be used during manufacturing. Inspecting so early in the process is a way to detect immediately potential misunderstandings with the supplier.

Checkings throughout production

The inspections made throughout the production cycle are aimed to check a representative sample of the goods already produced while keeping time for potential reorientation. During this stage we can pick some items to realise further checkings in laboratory.

Checkings at the end of production or before shipment

The inspection is realised for 80% to 100% of the goods, in the plant or on the place of departure. As they master international standards, our consultants are able to select a representative sample of the production and check that all the product specifications have been respected. The inspection report listing the defects noticed and delivered in 24 hours is the key to accept or refuse the goods.
